Will I be charged again after I cancel?

We don't offer partial refunds, but you'll continue to have full access to your group sessions until your membership ends.
What if I want to pause instead of cancel?
We totally understand! Email us and we can discuss pausing your membership for up to 2 months.
Can I rejoin later?
Absolutely! You're always welcome back. Just sign up again whenever you're ready — no waiting period, no penalty.
