1 How to Cancel
Click the "My Account" button, log in to your account and cancel your membership. After you cancel, your slot in that group will appear again as available.
2 That's It
Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
3 Can I get a refund after I have been charged?
We don't offer refunds after you've been charged for the next upcoming session. But all future sessions after the next upcoming one will be cancelled, and you will of course not be charged for them.
4 Is there a cut off date for cancelling?
Yes. The cut off date for cancelling is before you've been charged for the next session. That charge date is seven days after your previous session.
For example: if your last session was March 1st, we'll charge you for the next session on March 8th. You'll therefore need to cancel before midnight, March 7th.
We bill seven days after your last session so as to provide enough time for others to fill your spot in that particular group.
